We love charm city vet! They’ve always taken care of us & our cats. I always felt safe with their pick-up & drop-off COVID protocols. Even after moving out of state and struggling with a new vet, charm city was able to get us our cat’s much needed medication. You can trust them with your pet.
Charm City Vets are the most compassionate , caring group of Vets we have had the good fortune to use. They accommodated us as prior patients to get my dog with teeth abscesses in a month earlier than our local vet… and were wonderful to us and our dog Bella. We moved from the city… but still use charm city when our vet cannot accommodate us in a timely manner. Thank you to all the Vets and techs who treated Bella.
I’ve been bringing my little guys here for years and Charm City Veterinary Hospital always takes the best care of them! Moved to a different part of the city and still travel back to Canton because the quality of care is so spectacular. Highly recommend!

This is the best Veterinarian I have ever been to the people were very pleasant very thorough and not real expensive I just love taking my pets there I have two cats and the cats don’t even mind going there at all.
The staff is friendly, intelligent, and patient. They’re exactly what you want in a vet. I will never go to another vet unless absolutely necessary.
For 7+ years, CCVH took wonderful care of our Reggie while we lived nearby. The staff is caring, responsive and great to work with. Dr Eavers always took extra care of our Reggie and was very knowledgeable. They helped Reggie thru a tough battle with pneumonia and he made a full recovery. We are only leaving as we moved. Thank you to CCVH!
They went above and beyond to make my children and I feel welcome and ease our anxious feelings about our sick cat. My littles are 3 and a year and a half and they took her into another room for the exam portion so the kids wouldn’t be scared. They brought them little snacks to eat so they would always have a positive memory of the vet despite the reason we were there. The cat was ok and they reassured me that if any other symptoms popped up they were just a phone call away. The office was warm and inviting and the staff was welcoming and friendly. I will 100% be back and using them permanently as my vets office.
Always a good experience. Easy, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate that the doctors and staff care for my babies as much as I do and don’t overcharge or under consider my concerns. It’s easy to understand the diagnosis and instructions and they follow up to check on their patients after a sick visit. It’s much appreciated.
This is the best vet! They’re very knowledgable about greyhounds and have helped my pug through some really challenging medical issues. Fantastic, personable and caring front desk staff, great vet techs, and Dr. E and Dr. K are so kind, caring, informative, honest, and compassionate.
I have been taking my cat to Charm City Veterinary Hospital since we moved to Baltimore 2 years ago and have had a great experience. He has had routine check-ups and a dental cleaning done. I was able to come in for his appointment last time and the clinic was quiet and I loved that the exam room had a noise machine and feliway. My cat (and me!!) are so nervous going to the vet. He absolutely hates it. The extra steps they take to help keep the animals calm means a lot!
I’m so happy I found this place. My dog Lucas loved them well. They are so knowledgeable of their procedures and make sure they explain it to you in details. Now my dog is very well and he’s back to being his silly self. I’ve been to a lot of vets in the city, now I finally found the right place for our Lucas. Great job you guys!

Can’t say much about the pricing because its the only vet I have been to other than urgent care, but the staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly and have helped keep my pup healthy, so no complaints here- I definitely recommend. Setting up appoinments was easy as well, and they also use text messaging which I really appreciate.
Charm City Vet really impressed me when I took my dog, Cookie for her first visit there. I have never been so impressed by a vet’s thoroughness, documentation, and workflow. As a healthcare provider myself, I was so pleased to get a copy of her exam without even asking. They were prompt and Cookie was done in no time. I didn’t have to bring all my paper records in! All that was emailed to the vet in advanced and all intake was done online. It was SO stress free unlike any vet I’ve been to!
Although you can’t put a price your pet’s health, their prices were also reasonable! I will be canceling my other vet appointments and bringing my other dog to this vet! Highly, highly recommended!
