All pharmacy requests coming from a local pharmacy, compound pharmacy or outside pharmacy (like Chewy) must be sent to one of the following:

Due to an overwhelming amount of pharmacy requests, we will be unable to fill requests directly from pharmacies & vendors except the above channels as of *GO LIVE DATE*. If they are unable to submit the request for you, you will need to use the option for "fill medication here / pick up written prescription" & provide it to them personally.
